Free Trial

Vocado offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully test the app during this period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.

Refunds

All payments for Vocado subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund, email us at support@vocado.talk with your order details or receipt. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal link provided in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting support@vocado.talk. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
